A few things to know before you come:
Short nails are a must for throwing. Even slightly longer nails get in the way 💅🏻
Got long hair? Bring a hair tie.
Expect to get a little messy! Aprons are provided and clay washes out easily, but shoes that are easy to clean are a good idea.
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before class.

As a beginner, you'll start by making simple cups. The two–day classes are all about making cups. Other forms, such as bowls, bud vases and plates, will be taught in our longer courses.

CLAY
We use only stoneware clay, available in white and speckled beige. It's more durable than the low-fire clay commonly used, doesn't absorb moisture and is dishwasher-safe.GLAZES
We use high-quality stoneware glazes. These glazes don’t crackle and are much stronger than the low-fire glazes commonly used in Lithuania. All studio glazes are food-safe. You can choose from 40+ color palette and use pour-on or brush-on glazes, underglaze paints, engobes or glaze granules. -
Your finished pieces will be ready for pickup within 2-3 weeks after your glazing class.
